Having just invested in a Panasonic TX32PD30, I'd dearly love to know if my NTL set-top box can be switched to output RGB.

I asked NTL this question over a week ago and, needless to say, have heard nothing since.

My Pace 1000 (older model) has RGB out.
I wouldn't stand for anything less, DEMAND a different model.

I would have thought that RGB out would be mandatory in the 'DVB spec'

I believe yours has composite and S-Video.
Whilst S-video is welcome, it seems strange that there is no RGB too.

Should be obvious in the menu. Have you found the screen settings? TV guide - settings - tv screen settings, and a drop down menu gives the options for video output. If RGB is not listed, that's it. Of course anything better than composite is only output from the TV scart.

Thanks - it works. To be fair, NTL belatedly e-mailed the same answer today. A case of RTFM, but NTL didn't provide an M!
