RGB output for both scarts on SKY/SKY+ boxes?

Are there any SKY+ or normal sky boxes with 2 RGB outputs on both scarts?

No. Only the TV Out scart of Sky+/Sky digiboxes offer RGB Out. The Video Out is always composite only. Sky+ and a few digiboxes (such as certain Grundig models) have S-Video out (in addition to the RGB out) but that is, of course, inferior to the RGB picture.

If you want multiple outputs of RGB you'll need a splitter of some description. Check out www.keene.co.uk for example.
