Ive got a Sony DAVSC5 connected via SCART to a 28" Philips TV. TV is about a year old, Sony is new.

When I select the DAVs scart, the Philips detects a CVBS input. Should not the DAV be providing a RGB output to the Philips??

When I select my cable TV box, the Philips detects RGB all OK.

Ive got the DAV plugged into SCART2, which Im told is a RGB capable conector.

Help plse, as RGB is better than CVBS, is it not??
