Have just had new Sky HD box connected ...replacing old digibox. The latter had bottom (second) RF out connector feeding other TV's in the house via standard RF cable. This doesn't seem to work with the new HD box although terestial channels 1-5 are OK. The top 'out connector' go's to TV.

Part of the HD installation of course included a new double LNB with a second lead for the recording etc...is this the reason...or do sky now block RF out loop signals of their programs to sell multi-room service?

You can still use the RF output to feed the SD output of the SKY+ HD around the house. It may be that the RF setting on the new box is different from the frequency you were using on the digibox so while passthrough is still fine the output of the digibox itself is not being picked up by the other TV's.
