If it's still sealed, they will take it back.

Judging by the tat they've sold me lately, even if its not sealed they'll take it back, then kick it around their warehouse (no, not the box, I'm on about the dvd itself!) and then quite happily sell it on to some poor sole...

    Grumble...

they sent me 2 copies by mistake recently.
they refunded the £7.99 for the extra dvd i returned,
but didnt refund the 'recorded delivery' postage
that they said i should use.

an email to them sorted this and the postage costs were then refunded.

play are a top outfit as far as im concerned.
email response is always within 24 hours.

ive spent close to £2k their this year. Full marks to them

my region '1's tend to come from dvdpacific
    another top outfit... highly recomend.

I've used them once so far. Was very pleased. Then I found their FAQ and I'll be using them cautiously in future.

play used to have (I cant be arsed checkinf if this is still the case) that thye would only refund a maximum of £2 (I think it was) for a returned title.

I had a problem with that when I returned one of the UFO volums cos it arrived damamged - it cost something like £3 odd recorded. Anyway emailed after I had sent it and they refunded the full amount

nice guys - not as nice as cd-wow but very approachable.

Sorry to be a bit thick about this, but does the envelope it was delivered in still have to be sealed or the DVD wrapping have to be sealed in order to send back ?
