    Which sub is "better" ?

    (a) Rel Quake
    (b) Rel Q100E

Also how do they compare to the sub that comes with the Kef 3000 series ?

(b)Q100e, with the rider that either are well cheap.

Neither are really in the realms of the performance you're achiEving with products like the Onkyo 905 or PT-AE2000.:)

I'm not sure you'll find many people with comparative experience of the HT2B versus the Q100e as it's a fairly old design now. It maybe better to ask what can you get for £XX that fits whatever criteria you require - space, colour, inputs etc.
