Restore Original Firmware Foxsat-PVR

Active Member
If flashing the firmware on a Foxsat-HDR and something went wrong, is there a way to restore the original firmware?

I understand the dangers of flashing any firmware so just being extra careful, thanks in advance.

If you're talking about flashing on the unofficial firmware, yes you can go back. We haven't heard of any cases of bricked units where the firmware has only half applied. Theres never a 100% guarantee even when official Humax updates are pushed out without you having a choice, but all seems low risk with a HDR.

As long as the loader is intect (normally a seperate update, for this reason) then you can simply reflash.
