I am just wondering if any of you have any stories to tell about ReplayTV's customer support. I called the first time on sunday march 14th 2004, to get a replacement unit and have yet to get one. ***Disclaimer*** I am not dissing the product and do not mean to cause anyone not to buy their product. I'm just looking for any suggestions that maybe you tried and worked, or maybe they didn't. any help will be greatly appreciated.
