    So I'm looking to replace the bulb in this under cabinet light. I can see any obvious way to access and replace the bulb and don't want to force it too much in case I damage it

    Is there not a slot for a screwdriver to lever off the glass or the chrome surround?

    As above, the glass & its chrome surround, will pull out of the triangle base. Once off, you'll see how to replace the 'bulb'.

    I had these in our old kitchen.

    The whole round part clips into the triangle surround and can just be pulled out (depending on wire length). It has metal clips.

    Then to get to the bulb, around the edge of the frosted glass is a small metal spring ring. Clip that out and the glass falls out (careful you don't drop it on the floor).

    Under the glass is a standard G4 type Halogen bulb you can just pull out and push in the new one.

    That's exactly what holds the glass in.

    Haven't seen that type myself. Here's how to put one up, you can see how the centre part fits into the triangular part;
