I put up a Raven sky digital dish last year and now want to replace the single raven lnb with a raven quad lnb to have an extra connection to another tv.
Is it really as simple as I seem to have read that you can just replace the lnb and no readjustments are then required to the actual dish ?
Any comments would be much appreciated.

Sometimes the extra weight of the quad LNB can pull the support arm down slightly, which could affect the performance of your dish, which might only be resolved by slight realignment. The answer is "suck it and see" :)

Yes you can do as you suggest. I did this about 6 months ago with no adverse effects.

I did this yesterday. Only problem was freeing off the old LNB, but once I'd replaced it everything worked fine. Before you do it check your signal strength and quality via system test option. Then check again after you have swapped the LNB to see if there have been any adverse effects.
