Replacing KRP 500a

Distinguished Member
I currently have a Pioneer KRP 500a which has given me many years of faithful service but is starting to play up so looking to replace it. Thinking of going something around 65 inches this time but was wondering what to replace it with. Been thinking about OLED due to the blacks etc. but have no idea what is good at moment. Budget would be something around £2k but could go more for something good. What should I be looking at?

Panasonic hz1000 or 2000 might be worth a look if you dont game. I went that way with a older panasonic oled from my kuro. The oled just looks so good on 4k blu-ray

You really can't go wrong with any of the OLEDs, so its just a matter of picking the pros and cons you want. Possibly Panasonic models are the closest you can find now to the Kuro, but that doesn't mean you won't prefer a different make instead.
