HELLO?
I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT A KHL TRANSIENT NOISE ELIMINATOR MODEL TNE 7000A WITH A GLASS TUBE FUSE FOR 1O5 VOLTS. BUT I LIVE IN EUROPE AND HAVE 220 VOLTS. SO I AM AFRAID THE 105 FUSE WILL BLOW UP WHEN I CONNECT IT TO 220 VOLTS. WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT THIS ?
BEST REGARDS?

Hi firstly a little etiquette. Typing all in Caps is the equivalent of shouting and is seen as bad manners, so if you do not wish to upset people, please do not do it.
Secondly unless your noise eliminator is multi-voltage you will need a 220v - 110v transformer, otherwise you will not only blow the fuse, but may also damage other electronics inside your device.

No, you will not need to replace the fuse as your transformer will convert the 220v to 110v which will be compatible with your current fuse.

The purposes of Fuses is to control Current not voltage. Though for a fixed amount of power, if the voltage goes up, the current goes down. So, on a 220v line, the current will be considerably less for a fixed amount of power.

But, what fuse you should have is unclear. That is, what fuse for 220v lines.

If we assume it is 105v and 2A, then that is 210w. If we convert that to 220v, then 210w is 0.95A.

However, the fuse is intended to protect the equipment, and the equipment is capable in my example of sustaining 2A.

So, again, it is not clear what Current Limit you need.

If you are concerned get the same size, shape, & current rating fuse in 220v (roughly) and put that in there.

Though in all honesty, I don't think it matters.
