    Folks

Need some advice, I bought the 5.1 AE aesprit package about 5 weeks ago set it up and no problems. However the sub has now been trashed by some little demons  .

Iv'e been offered a new AE308 but wonder whether to look at the XLS200 or even the MS309 any advice as the range in price between them is £220-£295 , just wondering which will offer a more refined sound.

    Cheers
    Shugg

    Hi Shugg,

As you can see from my sig. I'm using a BK with my Aesprits. I had the BK (down firing) before I got the Aesprits but had no problems once I'd reconfigured my Yamaha. Looks good, sounds good and now has even more power!

My ears will not be the same as yours but I like the sound :smashin:

Thanks Big Bert, I'm more inclined to get the down firing BK xls myself and give the AE308/MS309 a miss even though they are good subs.

My only concern was intergation with my Aesprit's but that does not seem to be a problem now :) , I was going to get the monolith as someone said it would be a better match but wife got in the way of that one.

I hope she's going to okay with the xls

    cheers

I don't think you'll find a sub with much more WAF than a DF XLS200, I don't think you'll have any trouble integrating the XLS200 - it's by far the easiest unit I've had to deal with and I've got two to configure! :)

I guess the size and finish gives it a big WAF, doubt she'll care about the rest.
Price will not be an issue I'll make sure of that

It's good to hear that the little BK will meet my needs and not cause me major integration headaches. :smashin:
