Replacement Remote Control

Hi all,

I’ve been offered a Rotel RCD02 player at a next to nothing price. It’s too good a player to turn down but it doesn’t have its original remote control.

Can anybody recommend a new universal replacement which works with this model?

Thank you

If you are looking for a Universal Remote Control, then look at the Logitech Harmony remotes. Best Remote I've every had. Programming them is easy. You connect by the Internet to MyHarmony, enter the equipment you have, and it programs the Remote for you.

Also, you can cross configure the remote. So I've dropped my Stereo Volume onto the TV Volume Control, so whether TV or Stereo are selected, it is always the Stereo controlling the volume.

Also, you can check in advance to determine if your particularity equipment is supported, though MyHarmony probably has the largest database of equipment anywhere.

I have one of the lower cost models - four input, and though I don't use it, there is a single button that will turn on selected equipment. So with the push of one button my TV, BluRay, and Stereo all come on together.

This is the equivalent of the model I have - Harmony 350 - £38 -

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-Harmony-350-Remote-Control-Black/dp/B00KD5LBVY/

But there are range of models available -

https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=Logitec+Harmony+remote+control&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

By the way, I have a Rotel RA-1570, and it was in their database.
