Replacement R1 box set and customs...

I sent a box set that had a faulty disc back to dvdsoon, and they have sent me a replacement. What happens if I get charged customs again? Can I refuse to pay it? Can I claim it back, if so, how, and would they cover the admin fee? Ta.

someone said in a post a few weeks ago that they mark the replacments as 0 value so you don't get charged vat.
