I have an 05 Peugeot 206. Only got one key with it when I bought it. Been quoted about £90 for a new one!

Are there any cheaper alternatives? Been looking on eBay and there seem to be some, but are they cheap crap or worth it?

Sounds about right, years ago a friend got a replacement for his 206 Gti and paid similar money.

If the £90 includes coding to the car then it isn't too expensive.

With the Peugeot you need to code the keys using a 4 digit code that you should have with the car on a card, If you don't have the code you will have to buy it from the dealer at around £30.

Even keys you buy on ebay will need coding to the car...I have the software to do that.
