Repairing Permissions

I have myself & my partner as user on the iMac. I have done The "Repair Permissions" on my account many times, does this solve and permissions on her account as well or will i need to do the repairs on hers ?

The repairs are carried out on all applicable files and folders on the volume you've highlighted.

The utility only repairs Apple-installed software and folders (which does not include users' home folders).
