    My daughter helpfully dropped my Olympus C200Z and smashed the lens. Zoom motor still works, though. Should I bother trying to replace the lens or is it a throw away job? Bearing in mind it's only 2.1 megapixels, I suspect the latter!

    With a bit of luck then you may be on for a new for old replacement. Got to be worth the cost of a phone call.

    Good point. Will have to weigh up the type of camera I'd get versus loss of no claims discount I guess.
