renault master cd player

    hi
    i have got a renault master van and in the manual for the audio it says it will play mp3 cds, i can not get this to work has anyone got any ideas?

    hi there, check the following. in the manual look for mp3/wma/wav.some
    incar cd/mp3 players will only read files encoded to mp3,some will like the
    the sony cd/mp3 player in my car will play all of the above, it could be
    the format used by your player regards trevor

    the discs i made were just mp3 but when put in the player they just show error.i first thought it was due to not finalising the disc but tryed this and still the same.Any other ideas?

    you tryed burning them at a slower rate?.

    hello, two things , i use ulead burn now 1.5se. this can be purchased from
    amazon uk cheaply. this program fixats the file after burning to save issues
    with the differant in car player makes. i have had problems galore using
    nero to burn mp3 files, and as you say was getting play errors, plus try
    using decent branded cdrs if you are not already doing so of course!
    cheap discs can give read issues . hope this helps trevor.
