anyone know how to remove the stand from the main body of the tv? i wall mounted mine the other night but i've had a nightmare of a time trying to get the stand off.

there's a HUGE nut on the underside, so have eventually managed to loosen this and remove it after blood sweat and plenty of tears. but even with this off, i still can't remove the stand section.

there's nothing in the manual on how to remove it, even on their website.

    anyone got any ideas? :lease:

Is it meant to be removed? Does the TV come with a panel to place in the TV if you take the stand out?

I have had 2 samsungs and both came with plastic panels to cover the hole left by the stand when its removed.

Erm, that sound very wrong. There were 5 allen bolts at the back of my 37WLT58, they came out and the TV lifted straight up. Sounds like you are taking the stand apart rather than off.........
The bolts are usually in a box pattern with one in the middle.

    HTH.
