Removing channels - is it possible?

Hi there, just had sky freesat installed. All works well. I was just wondering though if it is possible to remove the channels I don't want?

I've set my favorite channels but that doesn't really work how I want it.

Anyone any ideas?

You can't remove channels from the EPG, only add them. Through Parental controls you can block channels, but they still appear in the listings.
