With my HTPC / Projector / Sounds System set up I now have 8 remote controls to juggle and now fancy an all-in-one to replace them all.

I really fancy the Marantz SC5400 but, and this is the problem with all the remotes I have found so far, it cannot learn RF signals. In fact I dont even know if this can be done.

Does anyone know of a remote control that can control both my IR devices (e.g. sound system) and RF devices (e.g. Home Theatre PC)?

    Cheers

there are no learning RF remotes however have you considered a PDA remote? or web tablet that will be able to communicate with PC.

    Ok,

I have spent the last hour or so reading the pros and cons of using an Axim X3 to control my setup and its looking good.

However, a lot of people haven given up and returned to dedicated remotes, is anyone out there still using there Axim / iPaq? If so, how is it going and is it worth it?
