Remote Record

I've recently changed my mobile phone and need to download the remote record application. However when trying to access the system from the sky+ box to tell it I have a new phone it can not connect and gives me an error 111 code.

Does anyone know what this means, or if there is another way of getting the application?. I've tried emailing sky but they just tell me how to go through sky active again, which is the problem I asked them to sort out :suicide:
