I have just purchased a Cambridge Audio D55 DVD from RS. When I took it home I discovered that the remote wasn't working. I rang RS and they told me to bring in the remote and they'll give me a new one. After a round trip of 30 miles when I arrived at the store the assistant told me that he shouldn't have sold me the DVD as the it needs to be programmed with a patch to be sent out by Cambridge Audio later on this week. When the patch arrives, RS will come to my house and install it. Has anyone else had this problem??
