Reminder problem

Hi hope you can help. my +hd box has stopped coming up with reminders when I set the box to remind of a program. Just won't do it. Any ideas why this might be??

Try a planner rebuild if you haven't already, won't do any harm.

If that fails then try an astra scan(new install).
