Relisys RLT1720: serious problem

My Relisys screen broke about six months ago, i warranty, so I rang up Relisys and asked them to replace it and they failed to do so for ages. As you may know, Relisys went into administration recently therefore meaning that my warranty was no longer valid. Anyway, another story....

The problem with the screen is the usual LCD problem where the power is still on but the screen goes black. I did the flashlight test and I could see a faint image. Now, the screen has various different modes(PC, TV, AV's). The screen worked for about 5mins in PC before going black and about a 1/2 second in the others. Switching the creen on and off after it went black didn't help. So, I took the screen apart and found that two capacitors were bulging. I bought some new ones and instaled them. However, the problem persists: the screen however does work slightly better. It works for about 15mins in PC mode and about 30secs-1min in the others(the first time I switch it on that is).

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might do now?
Thanks.

A new revelation is that when you turn the screen back on in AV mode, it is really dark and red for the short time before it goes black again.
Could it be something to do with the fact that the TV/AV modes all go on through the 'tuner input' whereas the PC goes into the back of the sceen elsewhere?

Do you have accidental damage insurance? If so I would recommend buying a really cheap wall bracket and some short screws and let nature take its course:devil:

Um...nope, I don't think that I have that. Anyways, I was hoping for a rather more 'practical' solution!!
