rel strata refurb or new sub

    Hi I have a strata that's been stored in the attic for years and is slightly water damaged so wondered wether to sand it and repaint or is it to old to use now and out of date

    Well I did a comparison with a bk xls200 and the bk wiped the floor with the rel strata, and the xxls400 is in a different league.
    Does it still work and how much would a referb cost?

    Well it's as new very light use moved into a flat a few months after buying it, as to the refurb sanded it down today so only needs a few coats of paint,lacquer and a new set of feet an that's it

    If it suits your needs then keep it, no point in spending money unless you have to :)
