Hi, I am a bit clueless when it comes to these things, as my brother used to deal with it for me, but he lives somewhere else now, so I am a bit stuck. I was looknig at purchasing a REL Strata III subwoofer, but as soon as I start seeing ohms and impedance ratings I give up as I have no idea what these are. Could anyone help by telling me whether this sub would be compatible with the Denon amp I have in the theead title. My old sub just connected to the digital sub output on the amp and worked fine, until it went up in smoke.

    Thanks in advance.

They will work fine together as the Strata is a good sub - don't worry about the ohms, watts or pounds per square inch.
