Can anyone tell me where the best room position for the (not much liked) REL Q150E is?

I would like to know and wish to hear any advice that people can offer.

Well....it appears that I thought I new about some things and then it appeared that I did not. :)

Maybe a slight over-sight on my part but now that you have successfully pointed thisout to all the readers in these forums I can take my sorry arse and go back to being the novice that I now know I am.

Snif. You know how to gurt a person, Ian.

The best way to find the optimum position for the sub is to place it at your listening position, play some music with decent bass, wander round the room & when you find the spot that the bass is tightest, fastest and without boom, place the sub there. Obviously you may have to work round room aesthetics etc (can´t have a sub in the middle of the lounge, well you could, but might cause some grief!).

Best to keep it away from corners if possible, place it on spikes, and also worth playing with the phase setting as this can give quite different results.
