    Hi,

I'm looking for a sub. REL Q100 is an option, but I'd like to check more options.

    Any suggestion will be apreciated!

    Thanks in advance,
    JOSE

    PD: Excuse my english!

    Hi

What about the other subs in the REL range?? Q200, Q400, Strata, Storm etc. Or a sub from M&K, Velodyne or SVS (people are now importing these direct from the USA as the price is very good for the performance you get)

It depends how much money you want to spend.:)

Jase, what subs what you recommend between the £500-700 range. I am going to audition some next week, just wondering what I should consider - would prefer something not too big if possible. Cheers. :)

    Hi

Check out the Rel range, the Q200/201E is small (about a foot square), the Strata 3. The Q series are more AV orientated and the ST Series is more musical (though they work well for both).

Here´s the link so you can have a look www.rel.net

M&K do some great subs but they tend to be around 700 quid upwards. The VX100, V125 etc.

The other option is SVS subs, a few members have imported these subs direct from the states. There´s a recent thread about them on here.

    Heres the site

    Certainly worth considering.

The replacement of the q100 is the q150.
It should be about the same price as the q100 but is much smaller.

The 200/201 are higher end models. With the 200 being discontinued you should have a good chance of getting it cheap.
