I traded my beloved VW CC on Monday for the larger 2015 Passat diesel and payed the balance of 5k by bank transfer.

That very same day I reported an issue with the car to the dealership (main vw dealer) when the car reaches its normal temperature it develops a loud vibrating noise that you can feel through the steering wheel and seat at around 2,000 rpm under acceleration, since then the drivers seat back has started creaking with any movement at all and on the motorway there's a large amount of road noise.

I'm completely gutted as I feel like I've made a huge mistake, I know it's safe to say I won't see my CC again but where do I stand, I really don't want the car.

Was this car part of the Das Welt Auto scheme? I just bought a Golf and part of the deal is that you can exchange the car within 30 days if you are unhappy for any reason.

Can't they fix it? If it's 2015 isn't it also under general manufacturers warranty?
