region free games?

I'm off to America and wanted to pick up some cheaper games out there - but can I use them on my Xbox back home in the UK?

Someone said that you can get region free games but not all of them are. How do i know which are and which aren't?

Have a gander at Play-Asia.com. They list region-free games. VideoGamesPlus.ca also log which games are region-free.

I went to the US in July and there wasn't that much to buy to be honest. They didn't have any deals on in the stores I went to and it would be just as easy to buy from Play Asia, or go for a deal in a high street or online UK store. At least with Play Asia you can send stuff back.
