Rega Brio is a worthy upgrade from Rotel 971 MkII?

Hi guys. I had recently acquired a pair of Dynaudio Emit 20, which I found an enormous upgrade from my previous speakers (Monitor audio Bronze 2). My integrated amplifier is a Rotel 971 MKII, and was very happy with this system. But recently the Rotel presented some technical issues, such as internal crackling noises, and got serviced two times. Right now it's not working again. So maybe it's time to replace it. Would a Rega Brio be a worth upgrade from the Rotel, would it be more detailed or punchier than the Rotel? Do you guys think they will drive the Emits as good as Rotel? Or any other recomendation?

I had a RA971 with a RCD951 in the late 90s and loved it. I now have a Brio and it is outstanding. Different class to the Rotel.
