REFUNDS FROM SPLASH beware

    If you ordered loads of stuff from Splash you may like me have received emails asking if you still wanted to wait.
    I chose to cancel and it was done automatically and said my money would be refunded
    several weeks later it had not I contacted them and they are sorting it out.
    Check your bank account if you made any cancellations

    I'm very close. I bought 2 DVDs on the 27-04, payment taken on 28-04 and supposed to be posted within 5-7 days. well that was 10 days ago,. Phoned them this morning. bloke sounded like he was still sleeping (at 11am). and told me the DVDs should be in stock next week!!
    so much hassle for 1 quid??
    not anymore this is my last order(s) from them

    i ordered a few things from them a while ago separately while they had that birthday sale thing on. deliverly was fine, but a little slow, cant complain for the price though.

    but the weird thing was that i only just got charged for one of the items a couple of weeks ago and i did notice that on my previous bank statement that they had forgot to charge me for the item when i ordered it. so looks like ive been subject to an opposite policy than everyone else who gets charged before the goods are despatched :eek: :confused:

    I eventually got my 13 refunds.

    They really should stop charging immediately -I wouldn't mind if they could supply the stuff like DVDSoon or CDWow AND they had online cancelling.

    SplashDVD have wasted loads of my time and I'm using them less and less.

    Yes, they're cheap -but not in the best sense of the word.
