Very nice shots. I think number 2 is my favourite, but it is a close call.

All three are well set up and have come out very nicely indeed. Love the backdrop to #1 and the way it's come out in the bokeh.:smashin:

Do you use a high frame rate or just excellent timing?

Thanks denno, Persistance and many many shots, I wouldn't like to think how many shutter uses my camera has already

    Cheers Bill,
They are crops from my kit lens 14-42 mm, I haven't taken any drop shots since I got my macro lens but I think that could be todays mission :D

    Number 3 for me.
Love the way the flower is refracted in the drop.

Ok so mission to use my macro lens for more refraction shots...I would NOT recommend this at all :nono: I had to take millions of shots to get some in focus because macro margins are so tight. Maybe it would have been better if I hadn't wanted in really close

    Thanks Mike,
Being a determined soul I kept at it and took some more...it did get easier.
I think I will start a 'name that album' refraction shot thread :rotfl:

No cigar this time sorry, although I just checked out the Muse album cover and can see why you thought that. Think a bit more hot and spicy. ;)

I was going to start a new thread fo some of my latest photos but I guessed it was better to just add them on here-
    [IMG]

And now for something a bit different, it is a refraction shot but a stationary one (and the refractions themselves are rubbish) but it does have some rather nice bokeh.

I do love my new macro lens :D

I really like #2. Interesting stuff - different to the usual refraction shots we see all the time.
Nice to see you putting the macro lens to good use!
