I've just picked up this link from "phoneman' on the thread about the new Sony models.
    http://www.reelbox.co.uk/reelbox-PVR-1100S.htm
Having read it, the only thing I can see missing is an internal DVD recorder for archiving. Personally thats enough to stop me buying it until they intergrate one.
I really like the idea of having the facility to have a Digital Terrestial Tuner as well as a Digital Satellite Tuner as this gives us the best of both worlds and enables people like me who have a feed from a position other than 28 degrees, to at last be ablet to switch around easily without multiple boxes, switches etc.
Anybody out there who actually has a ReelBox yet?
What's the verdic? Is the recording quality any good?
How does it rate against the new Sonys for example? :lesson:

This looks like exactly what I need - when will we see a review?

I'm a bit worried about them being withdrawn and replaced so
quickly and the software not working, but...
