Reducing Sky Mix Package

I have decided at £47 per month I no longer need all the Sky mixes.Just checked on the website and although you can of course increase your package online (surprise surprise) it says you have to telephone to downgrade your package(again what a surprise) which will no doubt mean taking half an hour getting through and then detailed questions why you wish to reduce your package.
It just gets more annoying as it goes on especially when the package prices are continually and sneakily increased.

If you have Sky+ and drop both sets of premium channels, i.e. Sports and Movies, you may not be able to play ANYTHING already recorded back at all, even if they are in the mixes you keep.

Something to do with different encyrption keys that are used on package levels, some are okay, other aren't.

Cheers
