I have three systems all running Vista SP1 with all updates. 1. AMD A2000 with ATI 9800 AGP 2. Intel E6400 with ATI X1900 3. Intel E8400 with ATI HD4850 I have tried Catalyst 8.11, 8.12 and 9.1 on each of the systems. Now I try to connect my new 46'' HDTV Samsung LN46A630 using an HDMI-DVI cable. None of the systems when connected gives a normal image. In all cases the text on the TV is kind of blurry. But on the system wilth the ATI 9800 AGP card there is an option "Reduce DVI Frequency ..." in the DVI part of the CCC. If I check this option the image becomes perfect. But for two other cards (ATI X1900 and ATI HD4850) there is no such option. The only option for them is "Alternate DVI operational mode". Checking this option does not changes anything on any of the systems. Is there a way to bring back the "Reduce DVI Frequency ..." option for the newer cards? Thank you.
