    Is there a way to turn the RED DOT/Press Now off on Freeview
    I know with the Sky box you just press red and backup to get rid permanently whilst on that channel.

    Sorry mods for this forum. I cannot see this one answered in the sticky thread. And can you not merge it till my question is answered.

    You can disable it on the Netgem iPlayer :) Downside is when going to a "text channel" you have to press "Text", but it's no hardship.

    It seems to do on mine or should I say on the on I borrowed. but what if you want to to watch without seeing it at all.

    Latest SKY software updates have stopped this 'glitch' unfortunately.
