Hello there,
i use kodi (or VLC) to read files from my NAS.
And some of them (the one i tested are 4K HEVC) produce a lot of red and green artifacts

Anybody already experienced this ?

I have no problem reading those files on my PC on the other side.
And other 4K files HEVC don't have this problem.

thanks for your help :)

I've had the exact same thing on my 50PUS7394/12. It happens when I try to play a downloaded movie file that's supposed to be Dolby Video encoded. Probably not coded in a format that the tv will accept. Hope this helps.

Did you find a way around?

Only way I could find was to redownload the file in a different format. X264 plays ok and most X265. To be honest, I've been very disappointed with this tv. Endless bugs, regular random reboots, very poor HDR. I'm looking to get shut of it and pay the extra for a decent set, which won't be a Phillips.
