Recycling cameras

Are there any companies out there which will recycle unwanted cameras for money (as Mazuma does for mobiles)?
I have a Panasonic TZ5 in good condition but I'm thinking of upgrading to a compact with manual control and better low light capability.

CEX will offer you something for it as would Cash Converters (imagine) but you'll probably get more for it in the classifieds here on the bay.

Give it away to some kid for a Christmas gift or sell it on the forums and donate the money to charity.

Just make sure you don't flash anyone.
