Recording World Snooker (specific table)

My wife and I are going up to the Crucible in Sheffield next week to watch a few games of Snooker

Is it possible to set my Sky+HD to record the games that we are seeing?

I want to record the full un-edited live broadcast which is avaibale by pressing the red-button and selecting the game you want to see. But how can I add this to my Sky+ planner in advance?

If it is on the BBC channels no chance - Sky Sports channels have been the only ones so far who have ever set this sort of facility up on the multichoice football matches.
