Not sure if this is the correct forum it needs to be placed in but I will try

I have an old VHS of Bill Shankly which I want to get it converted onto DVD for a present

Does anyone know how to do this and does it infringe on copyright laws?

If it's just a one off copy then your best bet is probably to phone around your local, independant electric shops and ask if any do VHS>DVDR conversion.
