I have my digibox set to RGB and feeding my Panny 42" directly via the component connection. How do I get my VCR (Panasonic HS830) to record Sky? I have tried the scart connection from the digibox to the scarts on the VCR but it doesn't work presumably because its outputting component RGB which the VCR can't accept. Thanks... Ian

Use the AV2 from the sky box to the VCR.

Sky AV2 to either AV1 or AV2 (AVX) on VCR to record you need to set VCR channel to AVX. Assuming the panny 830 is NOT AN S-VHS Deck of course if it is it might matter.

Thanks - The VCR is S-VHS and composite. How does this effect the settings?
