I have a Panasonic DMR-HS2 DVD recorder connected to Toshiba 28" widescreen TV also connecting to Nokia Freeview box. How do I connect my Toshiba Video in order for me to record things from the video onto DVD.
I am a novice - please be nice and explain what leads go where (idiot or wot)
    Txs

All you ned to get your VHS tapes onto DVD-R is a bog standard scart to scart lead. Unplug the Freeview box from the recorder and plug the VCR into that scart socket. Then its just the same as recording from Freeview (except you need to press play on the VCR  ).

Or to save you constantly plugging.unplugging the scart on the HS2, use a SCART to Composite/audio phono from teh vcr to teh HS2.

I'm pretty sure the HS2 has composite/audio phono inputs on the back.
