The HD STBs output in HDMI/DVI and some in component as well, so as DVD recorders dont have these inputs, any idea how we could record this?

You can only record the HD content onto the built-in hard drive of the Sky HD box. You could, of course, record a "down-rezzed" signal from the RGB Scart to a DVD recorder in standard PAL resolution which should still give a good quality recording if a high bitrate is used. Hope this helps.

But will the STB have a RGB scart out? AFAIK, I heard the Sky+HD box will have jsut componenet and HDMI/DVI out.

I would be very surprised if the STB didn't have an RGB Scart. Don't forget it still handles SD Mpeg2 signals in addition to HD Mpeg4.
