Recording From Freeview - Cambridge Dvd Player - SAGEM ITD64 Freeview Box

Hi.

I have bought a SAGEM ITD64 Freeview Box which i have now up and running
perfect.

What it is, i have a Cambridge Audio dvd53rw dvd recorder and i cannot get
freeview through the Recorder.

I've tried everything even re scanning the channels through the recorder, the
recorder just picks and stores 5 channels and not freeview.

Could it be the DVD recorder, as it has only has one scart socket, and it's clearly marked Output, It records all the other tv channels no problem.

Thanks.

The DVD recorder does not have Freeview built-in so will only have the basic 5 analogue channels. Theonly way round recording freeview is to get a box with composite/s-video out. Most will do composite and therefore only need a Scart to three phono (Yellow/Red/White)
