Recording box stopped recording a specific series

Hi there

I've had my bush freeview hd recording box for 3 years now and never had a problem with series recording and over the last couple of weeks it's stopped recording match of the day and match of the day 2 on bbc1. It was recording them up until at least the end of January. And last night the yellow box was round the box on the epg like normal but it wasn't being recorded. Can anyone help please? The BBC are having major problems with series codeing and accurate recording starts on both Freeview and Freesat ) especially BBC1-HD. It's a complete mess at the moment. Awaiting a reply from the BBC from a complaint I made on line re this issue.

If your Bush box has manual recording capability, suggest you set a manual recording adding some padding to the start and end times.

Its a BBC issue which I had too, but has been fixed now. Just reset your series recordings and you'll be fine.

How do I add padding to the start and end times? I just press either the OK button and select record there or press the record button on the remote

I don't have your box. However on a Humax Box you tell it the channel the start time and date and the duration and a repeat pattern (Every Weekday, once a week etc). Simply set a start time before the programme scheduled start and a duration longer than the programme so it stops recording after the scheduled end time.
