I have some colleagues from the US and Canada who would like to be able to record programmes in the stateside on a PC based in the states.

They want to be able to set timer recordings over the net ( the nebula immediately springs to mind) although anythng that hooks into a reliable EPG and is accessable over VNC could also work most likely.

They did request streaming but I suspect a simpler more reliable method is to copy the recordings over once they have finished ( decent net connection and a spare 5 or 6 hours is fine).

The nebula seems possible , however I'm sure a PVR150 and suitable software thats accessible over the net would also work and avoid any broadcast problems with the nebual and recording format issues.

    Any suggestions?
