    Hi Everyone!

Have just purchased the Twin from Argos (unfortunately missed the 20% offer :(
Have looked through the manual but can't find any reference to skipping the adverts when recording and also when using the guide to record sometimes miss the start of programs - I am missing somehing or is this a step backwards?

    Can anyone help please?

You can't skip the adverts while recording, but you'll be lucky if it records anything you want it to.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here!

You can skip forward past adverts when playing though, by pressing the up arrow key a few times (60 secs each time).

You should also be able to set the Twin to record a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time to avoid missing the start of programs using Configuration - Timer Settings in the Menu.

As long as you have downloaded the update! If you have only just bought it though I guess not. So you will have to wait until July 25th for the next update.
